"The building is quite old though it’s well groomed. The flat itself older but every basic need someone staying would need was thought and supplied. The elevator broke down at our first night, few times we went and up on foot while the weather was very hot. But when we informed Thierry he organized next morning and it was repaired quickly, its normal as I said the building and the flat are old. One more thing, during hot months you have to keep windows/doors of terrace open (there is no a/c) but the main road’s traffic /noise never end 7/24 .. keep this also in mind. Shortly you should make your choice according to your preferences, for example if I go there again I would choose this place to stay again."

"Outstanding view and balcony. The decor is truly “vintage and quirky” but we had all that we needed. Comfortable bed. Kitchen equipped with all that was needed. Nearby Beaulieu-sur-Mer and Villefranche-sur-Mer itself are truly jewels in the area."

"Arriving in the dark late in the rain made locating the flat a little stressful at first but with a little application we were able to locate the keys and access. We did have the property managers direct phone number available had we needed it."

"Amazing views in a vintage setting, loved the flats eclectic look, there's a bus stop outside and it's a short walk to the train station via many steps(only later we found there's also a road you can walk) , walk a little further and you are in the old town with many shops and Restaurants. There's a beach nearby too Plently of info in the flat as well"

"L'appartamento è adorabile e la vista è mozzafiato. I due terrazzi sono splendidi e vorresti passare tutto il tempo seduto fuori in poltrona a guardare il mare. Bus stop comodo sotto casa, spiaggia a 5 minuti a piedi. Perfetto per una coppia."

"La strada sottostante è rumorosa, consiglio di portare tappi per le orecchie d'estate (con quelli dormite senza problemi). Manca un alimentari/supermarket raggiungibile a piedi in poco tempo, ma non è un grosso problema."
